Don is a very valuable employee. He took time explaining the old phone issues. And then when the store system went down he handled it like a champ. Thank Don
Won’t return. Wasn’t greeted for an hour while they were setting up a phone for another customer. Wasn’t even acknowledged or a simple “we will be with you in a few”. Waste of time in the store, neither of the employees were able to help us and honestly would have had the same information just going online which I wish I would have done. If the employees would have been more friendly it wouldn’t have been such a bad visit but we won’t go back.
The new manager Jennifer at the st Mary’s location is so nice and was so helpful! She helped us get our new phones quickly and efficiently and we are obsessed with our new phones and will be returning every time we need an upgrade
Jenn was very knowledgeable and helped me so much getting me into my new phone! Highly recommended going to see her in Saint Mary's store!
