Very little info was given up front to help a new customer feel more comfortable with their appointment - wasn’t sure how to prepare for the appointment. The Sauna was really uncomfortable - no place to recline and didn’t have enough room to stretch as my muscles warmed up. I was hoping for a relaxing experience and it was anything but.
The float spa is marvelous, and so relaxing. If you’ve never experienced this, put it on your Christmas, birthday, anniversary or just because list!nVery nice room, great explanation and directions.
It was a great experience. It was spotless and very beautiful facility. The sauna was clean and pristine. Jill was very helpful and Patient in learning how to operate the sauna. Looking forward to returning.
My appointment was easy to make online and started on-time. The room was very clean and relaxing. Stephanie was very professional and engaging; I enjoyed my experience.
Julie was genuinely wonderful. She listened carefully to my concerns and completely customized my facial. The facility is beautiful, clean, and calming, and my entire experience was flawless. I cannot wait to go back again!
