Having never bought a new mattress before, we had no idea it could be this easy. Me and my BF walked in and Estella was right there to great us! Asked what we were looking for in a bed and new exactly which ones to show us. Was quick to check inventory once we'd made our decision and got us a delivery pretty quick! Would definitely recommend again!
Jacob Lee was great! He was new but still knew what he was talking about, kept me within my budget and found me the PERFECT mattress.... I ended up buying one for my son too. It was a quick but very successful experience.
We had a wonderful experience with Denver Mattress. Chris is a fabulous sales person! She was patient and kind in helping us choose the right bed for our home. She ensured that we didn’t waste our time looking at pieces that were out of our price range or just not what we were looking for. She took our budget and expectations and showed us the items she had in stock. We often look at multiple stores in Rapid City for furniture but the professionalism and care that is provided by furniture row keeps us coming back. Best customer service we have experienced anywhere in a long time, the sales person (Cristine Clark) was extremely friendly,helpful and knowledgeable.
Worked with salesman TJ Crooks at our local store and it was a superior experience. We were able to test mattresses at our own pace but he was consistently able to answer all of our questions and allowed us to shop at our own pace without a sense of pressure. He was knowledgeable and once we made up our minds, the transaction was smooth and efficient. Looking forward to getting our new mattresses and working with him again if a future need arises!
