Took my 2018 Tacoma there to get my OME lift kit installed in October of 2019. The day after picking it up I had to bring it back because multiple bolts were only hand tight and luckily I looked around and saw them. They were very helpful and apologized and fixed it shortly after calling them. A couple of days later there was a lot of squeaking coming from the rear of my truck. I got under it and realized they had installed two bolts backwards and my leaf packs were tweaked because the bolts were hitting the frame because they were the wrong way. Again they were helpful and quickly fixed the issue. Haven't had any issues since, until today when I realized they didn't even install the spacer for driver's side lean on my driver's side coil over which came with the kit and I know I gave to them with the kit. I wish I would have just installed it myself. They also knew what kit was to be installed prior to making the appointment and said they could do it. I would go back and have them fix it, but I am now stationed in Italy.
We had Kustomz put a remote starter on our daughters jeep. We had a question about it and they helped us right away. Also she loves it!
