We’ve had two appliance issues recently and both times we were completely satisfied with Karl’s. After having our dishwasher serviced we got an honest answer pointing to replacement as the best solution where a price match promise got us a wonderful new appliance. Then the refrigerator suffered a warranty covered issue that Karl’s promptly responded to with competent and rapid repair. Excellent service by Karl’s Rapid City, SD.
We have shopped for washers, dryers and dishwashers. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Not pushy at all in their sales. We like being able to support a more local business than the other big boxes.
This place had a good selection and the prices were really good. We got a good deal on the appliances that we bought and the timing for them to be delivered is really good also.nn.
Great customer service!! We have purchased appliances for our new house and were extremely satisfied!! We will not go elsewhere in town!
