Very helpful Store Rep, diagnosed phone issue and offered to fix problem rather just try to sell me something and get rid of me. She wanted what was best for me and let me decide. She assisted in every way, up until I was satisfied with product..
Can I leave negative stars? What problems haven't my husband and I had? The protection plans are useless, you still have to put hundreds down. Even though when we switched we were told that what ever issues with our phones we had, we could take them in and they would be replaced. That was a lie, dont get an IPhone through them, because if you have any problems Tmobile can't actually help you. The answers they have for those issues are redundant. I wish we would've stayed with Cricket. But we would have to pay thousands to even get out of Tmobile. Best advice would be to STAY AWAY!
I’ve been with T-Mobile since October of last year I had Day he set me up! I absolutely love him! He has great customer service. Always makes my day and everytime I go in I ask for him specifically!
Staff is always friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. If they don't know the answer they will work to get the answer. Store is always clean as well.
