If I could give a zero I would. The worker was smoking outside at about 1pm as I was approaching the store he hurried in and locked the door. Smh!

On Saturday Dec 27th with a 16 hour drive ahead of me I walked into the store to upgrade my son's cell service for a Christmas gift. The employee had a lowly neighborhood female who needed to charge her phone that wasn't a MetroPCS, the employee took care of the need for her to have her phone charged. The employee also helped two other females who were getting new phones for Christmas. When it was our turn the computer froze and it ran my credit card twice! I needed the difference in the money to make my long 16-hour drive. The employee stayed on the phone for a long period of time. As my frustration mounted, he remained calm. After several calls he was able to resolve the Frozen computer, the Frozen pen pad and my anxiety that my card was now charged three times!! After an hour or so my son walked out of the store with his Christmas upgrade. This employee deserves some kudos for his extreme patience, sincere attitude and understanding !! Thank you!
