The shopping itself was a lot of fun, with so many things of interest. What really made the experience a good one was the helpfulness of the cashier who was able to guide my son in signing up for the BBY emails to save him money, not just on this purchase, but future purchases as well. Thank you for making our shopping day a very pleasant experience. We will be back. Actually I myself have been back since then.
The shopping experience is still the same and I enjoy finding fun gift ideas but they are closing at 7 pm even on weekend nights. There is no time for dinner and then shopping.
They didn't have what I was looking for but the employees are always polite and helpful.
Staff were friendly and helpful. The store is clean and laid out very well. Good prices on quality merchandise.
Continually has promotions that they do not honor. Seems a little fraudulent to advertise items that you know you do not have in stock and then refuse to honor your advertisement. When you know you don't have items in your store take down your in-store bonus offer.
