Purchased 3 Phones/Lines. One of the K30'snWill not receive phone calls. I can literally hold it in my hand and call it from another phone and it won't ring. I tried to take it back in and was told nothing can be done, even though I know there is a 1 year warranty on the Phone. Asked the worker for the ASR and He acted like He didn't know what I was talking about. Ridiculous. Now I can't even call My Wife and I have a useless phone. Needless to say I'm going to have to switch providers.
I was helped by Kyle today and he really went above and beyond to help me with my account. Gotta appreciate a good employee that represents the company well
