Edited. Changed to a five star because of the store owner. Very friendly and when she found out about what happened she was quick to fix it. You can definitely tell that she wants her customers to feel comfortable, safe and heard. I really appreciate her reaching out to me.nnSadly not a good experience. I saw so many good reviews and thought we would give this place a shot. We reserved a 20 x 20 and got there and they showed us a 10 x 20 and claimed it was a 20 x 20. Then showed us a 10 x 15 and it was just a horrible experience from there. So we went with a 10 x 20, paid and was told we wouldn't have to pay another amount until Feb 1st, called to cancel because we dont need it anymore and they are saying it's we owe more money. Not to say everything is bad but our experience was not good. Sadly.

Jessica was very courteous and helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. The price is very reasonable, and the fact that they accept package deliveries directly to our storage unit is a huge plus. I am so glad we found their facility to help with our upcoming move!

I was there yesterday to get a storage unit. Sylvia went above and beyond. She made sure that I got the right size. She gave me tips for how to fit everything in the unit. She even gave me personal advice on how to help my daughter. This was my 1st time getting a storage unit and because of Sylvia it was an extremely positive experience and I walked away with knowledge of how to use the limited space and how to help my daughter. Simply self storage doesn't treat you like a customer, they treat you like family.

Spoke with the manager Sylvia about and issue I was having with access. She was very helpful and friendly! She was able to quickly resolve my issue, which I love! I would readily recommend this storage facility to anyone. I have been a customer 4 years and the service is phenomenal!
