Sam's Club

We went on a Monday early afternoon and found the store quite busy. We picked up the groceries we were planning on getting as well as a few supplements. The store was clean and the person scanning the exit purchases was very pleasant. We used the scan and go app on my phone so checkout was very easy. All associates were wearing face coverings properly. The cafe was doing a brisk business though I did not get anything there.

The store had been reorganized since my last visit, nevertheless I had no problems finding what I had gone there for and of course items I had no idea I would leave for home with. I actually like the new layout better. The store was rather busy, but the aisles remain spacious, clean and well stocked. I used the scan and go app, so I didn't have to deal with the what appeared to be long checkout lines. Overall a very pleasant shopping experience and I intend to return soon.

I needed a last minute cake today and could not find exactly what I was looking for. Lisa in the bakery went out of her way to help me out. She was so pleasant and accommodating. Thank you Lisa!

Been coming to this Store from day one. We moved here in 1994.nKnew it was close to closing [email protected] checkout receipt showed 1952. 8 minutes before closing.nAs I entered the store I looked for a cart since I had to get a 44 lb bag of cat litter.nAs I went to grab a cart, I saw the ladynstanding there with here phone out. I said hi, she replied, you got 10 minutes in a snotty attitude. I said , excuse me. I will hurry. She said you got 10 minutes. I replied, excuse me ma’am, but are you having a bad day? She replied, I’m having a wonderful day but you better hurry. I told her I have been coming to this store for over 20 years and never have I had someone greet me or order me like that. I then RAN THROUGH The STORE and let people know what I was told. I approached a woman in a green vest and told her how I was treated. She said can I get someone for you to talk w. I said no, because I only had 10 minutes.nI then got my iitems, 3: ketchup, litter and granola bars, and walked out to check out. The woman checking receipt asked how my visit was. I said Terrible. Told them the story a d then said I would let the lady who gators by the carts how I felt. I told her she needed lessons in customer service, that I was a health care provider and never would greet my patients like she did. I told her I would report her to the store manager in the morning. She needs to take lessons from Bonnie and Patty, and needs to put her phone down and be polite.
