Charged me $80 for 2 screen protectors... Didn't ask for them, wasn't told how much.... Just added to my bill.... Not cool

Very poor customer service. 1st off it seemed as if Paulette, I believe that was her name she claimed she was the (store manger) had an attitude when trying to assist me. Then as the assisting went on she later then lied and told me that I was unable to keep my same number if I were to get off my moms plan and begin to start my own. I found out later that day from T-mobile’s call in service as well as a different phone company that keeping my same number that (I’ve had for years) was much so very much so possible just added on some additional work for the Employee. I was unpleased when receiving this information as to me being a T-Mobile customer 10+years. There was also another customer who came in shortly after I arrived trying to return his phone, & she insisted on catching an attitude with him as well letting him know that “she was the store manager and that he couldn’t return his phone in the store”. I must say I’ve never heard that being the case either! Due to the missed information I obtained from the store manager, you’ve lost a long time customer!

Went on jan.23 2021. Worked with Anthony on purchasing phones for family members. Asked about porting numbers over and getting two samsung bogo phone deals. Said wouldn't be a problem quoted and showed what payments would be and went with the deal. Couple hours passed and phones were terminated. Called store a woman answered and explained to call 611 for service. Tried and wouldn't work. Went into store and explained the deal and tried to tell us we were told by the other person who wasn't available that he told us we wouldn't get the bogo deal. Asked about refunding and canceling the deal. Associate Alisha got loud and rude and told us to leave the store and called the cops and wouldn't refund our money.

Spencer was very helpful. Was very knowledgeable about the phone. T-Mobile!!!!-Spencer Cade deserves a raise! If you are reading this, and want to buy a phone slide thru on my mans. Customer services 5 ⭐ufe0f !!!! Deals$$$

Not helpful what so evernCould not return a jump device although my instruction were clear to take it back to a store. Ill find a different store.nThese people must of worked at Verizon or sprint before.nI would remove any tmobile affiliation if I was Tmobile.
