The business consistently lacks inclusivity and professionalism. The photographers are often rude to students with little respect for their identities/pronouns. Additionally, the photo quality is almost always terrible and not worth the money spent.
Downtown Photography ALWAYS gives Unioto students terrible pictures back. The employees are INCREDIBLY unprofessional and rude. They tried to pull down a student’s binder straps for our composite photos AFTER the student said no because they were uncomfortable. Do NOT recommend at ALL.
Photo quality is always good and staff is always friendly and willing to assist me if I have any questions. Highly recommend.
My son’s school had spring picture day and he was not called because their system but him in with the wrong school. Since they do not offer retakes in the spring the only option was to take him into the studio and the hours offered were not accommodating to working parents or caregivers. I’m very upset that I paid for pictures and they messed up and now I can’t get them. A refund is being given but that doesn’t make up for the professional pictures that I wanted.
They have done a great job with my granddaughters school pictures.
