Working with Dave on a bathroom remodel was a most smooth and professional top shelf experience. I contracted TriState Renovations to tear out and rebuild an old , damp, musty large walk in closet in my basement. Dave and JC came in and created a very usable clean room . The job entailed , waterproofing, insulation, new sheet-rock for the walls and ceiling , flooring , electrical outlets, switches and lighting . We had all the materials on site when the job started ( no unnecessary trips to Home Depot) All aspects of the job were completed timely and professionally right down to the painting , caulking and molding. I would definitely recommend Dave and TriState to my friends and neighbors. No job too big , they specialize in all types of carpentry , bathrooms , kitchens all electrical , plumbing, and tile .....Dependable, fair, local
