I made an appointment for a one hour massage and a facial ,I was left waiting for 30 minutes in my room to get the absolute worst facial I’ve ever experienced . The girl didn’t seem to know what she was doing , half of my face was steamed , the other half untouched , she didn’t do any extractions , she put zero effort into the foot reflexology/hand treatment ,and she walked out of the room randomly several times . This facial was the opposite of what their pamphlet described and I never got the one hour massage . I left there feeling stressed and anxious
