Friendly staff, store is clean and organized, but the selection of items is not the greatest. If you need lumber, they will have what you need, anything else, your better off at an ACE hardware or HomeCheapo

Still open and easy to shop. The guys know their stuff.

Good products, service desk staff is always helpful, yard staff was friendly but very busy so loading took a while.

All lumber is expensive now, at least the lumber at Curtis is good quality.

I'm just not home on us so I imagine I'm not as important as the contract isn't everything to buy products from your company however Jay I am very disappointed in your company. I had an extremely bad experience with Rensselaer Curtis Lumber I have been buying one by 8 Pine telling Groove regular 10 ft from screwing like location Ballston Spa location Warrensburg and Queensbury I cleaned out all of your 1 by 8 tongue and groove Pine board 10 foot is out of all those locations I went out to find more because it wasn't enough to finish the job I drove all the way out to Greenwich I believe and they only had the V kind so I was desperate and trying to get this house closed up from the animals and so forth and get the job done drove out to Greenwich into told me all they have is the V so I really needed it so I drove all the way down to Rensselaer as one of the employees and showed me and I asked twice because of my experience with with your other locations only having the V type 1 by 8 10 ft time group I'm bored so I said all we got both kinds don't worry about it we got them so I drove all the way down to Vanessa from Queensbury actually I was in your other location over in like like Greenwich the sky Lavell actually then I called up the granite and around I'm sorry that locations wrong but I called them and they said they only had the V bored so I called down to Vanessa and they said they had both let me tell you something I drove down there and they didn't have it I am still shaking I'm disabled veteran I get sick very anxiety disorder it really it really jolt in me it really jolt at me very badly I know I'm not that important I'm just a homeowner.
