The facility was so clean, safe, and secure. I've never used a storage facility before (I've heard too many horror stories) but Life Storage far exceeded my expectations. Rich was very helpful. We were able to unload easily with multiple dollies provided for our transfer from the moving truck as well. Overall, great experience thus far.

Spacious, clean facilities and everyone I interacted with over the 8 months was friendly and professional. Great prices and deals at this location as well. Great value overall.
Rich and Amber have always been very pleasant, helpful and available. I've had several medium sized, ground-floor, indoor units here. Clean, rodent-free. Good lighting, coded entry to indoor units for security, 3 dollies available to transport your stuff, wide hallways. Over two years, I've noticed a problem with elevators only twice, but didn't affect ground floor units. I had outdoor units when this facility was an Uncle Bob's Storage, which were fine. But I appreciate Life Storage's upgrade to indoor units.
They are both very knowledgeable and so nice. I have units inside and outside and they are immaculate and safe!
