The staff was super friendly and they took the time to show us our options. However we asked what fees we would need to pay that day and were just told the taxes on the phone and for any accessories we purchased. Then when we went to pay we were then told about a $25 activation fee, which we were not told about. The fee should have been disclosed when we asked what we needed to pay for that day. Instead it was surprised to us at the very end after the phone was all set up.
Alyssa and Amanda were excellent and very patient with the transfer process of my Galaxy to an IOS apple device. I greatly appreciated their answers to my umpteen questions. They went above and beyond in contacting a nearby store to see if they had the 256GB device, but we weren’t successful in that. I value their conversations and felt a warmth with all they did to help me along with my new purchase! Thank you Alyssa and Amanda!
The staff here are very helpful and kind. If you get a new phone, they will set it up for you and test call. They can answer any questions you have. Even if you’re not tech savvy, they can suggest phones for you to use.
Alyssa was awesome and very personable. She was the only staff member when we were there. She helped everyone with a smile and really knew what she was doing. Thank you!
