I went to this local rug store to help support local businesses. I was very impressed with the reviews and it was warranted after meeting with Hershey. This is a family run business with Hershey being the third generation. They sell quality products with great pricing and most importantly excellent customer service. I will give further updates after the install but everything points to that being quality as well. Thanks Hershey!!!
Great selection of rugs and carpets. Hershy provided great customer service and was polite and very responsive. The price for installation was very reasonable, and the person who performed the install was quick, polite, and also very easy to work with. I highly recommend The Rug Store.
What great service! I called to have new carpeting and flooring on my stairs and landing. Moses came the same day I called to take measurements. Hershey helped me pick out flooring and carpeting. The installers came and were done in 3 hours. This is a wonderful business! Thank you Moses and Hershey!
Great place! Rugs top of the linen& service is good. Friendly & so helpful. We got an area rug & 2 runners, love them. Went back this is week to order an oval rug & runner for our new hardwood floor!
Moses and his store are great. He lent us his expertise and we found what we were looking for. We were torn between two rugs for a room, and Moses, having listened to us and our needs and wants, pointed out that staying in the same collection meant all the colors, and rugs, would go together.nnSo our living room, dining room, and den all harmonize.nnA local store, a personal proprietor, is all we could have asked for.nnWe are more than happy.
