Honestly I had 4 spas in syracuse ny give better massages! They promote massages that they tell you they don't do untill you get there, and when you prove your point, they show they don't care so much for thier customers! Highly Disappointed, and let my dog get touch from these selfish people!

Amazing service and staff is very nice. Place is very clean and good environment for relaxing. Overall amazing experience. Staff is also very experienced and know what they are doing. Gonna go back whenever I need massage.

Called at 12:15p to make an appointment for couples massage at 1p and they accommodated which was great!nArea- nice area and safenCleanliness- 5 stars place was tidy and clean except they were remodeling the extension to their shop.nService- 5 stars - receptionist was friendly and polite.nMassage- 4.5 stars it was very good, I like my massages really deep and hard which is why I didn't give it 4 stars.

Called ahead for couples massage which they said was fine, drove out there only to find them confused and not able to do it till 2hrs later. Luckily we found another place on the Blvd and had great massages.

I often come to this massage, it is very comfortable, the store is very warm, the masseur is very young and professional, and I will come back often!
