I was incredibly impressed with the facility and what it offered. Jeff was not only helpful and kind, but he also gave me valuable information about moving in general. Life storage and its employees are helping to make a difficult move a bit easier. The facility is clean, convenient, secure and easy to access. I highly recommend Life Storage in Manlius.
Storage is clean and super secure and staff is super friendly. Doubt you'll find storage anywhere else with people so ready and willing to help you out. We tried contacting another storage company and they never got back to us. Life storage actually answered the phone and were immediately ready to help us get a unit set up. Highly recommend.
The people at Life Storage in Manlius were extremely accessible, friendly, and helpful. Even after we lost our key, the manager was more than happy to help us and did not give us a hard time whatsoever. I definitely recommend this place! Very easy process.

Life Storage over in Manlius is great. The units are all clean, and the gated access is perfect for peace of mind. Their hours are very conducive and the manager, Jeff is not only incredibly helpful, but additionally very kind. The prices are the best around and the customer service can’t be beat.
