Glenwood Cemetery Lockport, New York

Gorgeous place, Dan the manager I believe was really nice we walk our dogs through there a lot it's a really peaceful nice place. Remarkable history too. He was telling me about some of the famous people buried there. I think it's very maintained for how massive the place really is. Looks like they're kicking into high gear with the maintenance lately too.nThis place is a very peaceful serene attribute to the community. Never clogged with people like everywhere else in Lockport either. I like to meditate and try to pronounce the names on the stones. We found some really old ones on the hills, early 1800's I would like to know when the first grave was dug. Great staff, good environment, they don't get enough credit. I feel like most people only take the time to give a negative review. I don't work for the place and I'm not affiliated in any way. Just wanted to let people know that we appreciate the place very much. I wouldn't mind being buried there.

Place is beautiful and the most humbling place ive ever been. Graves in the early 1800s there, maintenance can not be easy to keep up with yet it is. When I'm struggling to find myself this is where i need to be

My mother has been buried here for 25 years and I have been very pleased with the maintenance up keep. My father passed and was buried here a year ago in May. I have never been more displeased with the way that my parents grave site has been. I had to personally bring my weed whacker to the cemetery so that I can actually see my parents headstone. I would post pictures if I could. If anyone knows how to get a hold of the owners I would appreciate it. The manager told me the owner's are the lot owners and would not give me the name and number. The manager is not a very people friendly person.

Need to keep the lawn cut down at the bottom. Put a flag down there memorial day. The lawn wasn't cut. Was down there again June 13th a still not cut. You to get Ron back in there to get the place back in shape. Very disappointed.
