Our experience was wonderful. This is Randy. Bought a LG fridge. Lasted 3 1/2 years before compressor went out. LG admitted bad parts and will fix it no charge. Also fought the ice maker from day one. About every 6 weeks I would have to thaw everything out and start over. Huge mess and a pain. Complaining only got me shrugged shoulders. Junk fridge. Went back to Karl’s and bought a Bosch on our professional chef son in law recommendation. So far we’re more than pleased with it. Need to carry more Bosch appliances and discontinue junk LG. Don’t ask me about what we think of the dual fuel GE profile range we bought at Karl’s. Randy
