It was my first time using a storage unit and I had a great experience! The staff was friendly and the process was easy. The units were a good price and had a lot of room. Definitely recommend!
Excellent service. I have been there a full year with no issues. Great customer service and Barbara is great shes respectful will work with you if there's any problems and she's quick with her knowledge of the place.

This facility is fantastic. Units are clean, easy to access, and very secure. Most of all the staff is fantastic. From my first phone call to inquire, to needing guidance regarding packing and supplies your customer service is outstanding. I want to thank Kim specifically. She took her time over the phone to recommend specific packing material for china and crystal. Kim's professionalism shows she cares about meeting the needs of her customers. I highly recommend this location, Ridge Road, Lackawanna NY.
