I left expensive fresh flowers for my beautiful mother's anniversary and birthday and they removed them a few hours after I brought them. I had a note that I would be back to pick them up in 5 days. If I could remove my parents from that cemetery I would do so in a heartbeat and take them to Mount Calvary cemetery. The rules at Holy Cross are completely ridiculous. I am VERY DISSATISFIED with their staff and rules.
We came out of town for a funeral and even though, they were nice but they made it an issue for us to get a specific headstone marker, gave us grieve about the hole needed to be bigger. And They DID NOT give us time to see our loved one being lowered to the ground, it felt very rushed and almost everyone was still in their car. The guy just took the fault from me and just put it in there. I definitely wouldn’t suggest your loved one being buried here, such a huge headache we had to deal with there!
