The design of my remodel is exactly the look I wanted! I am thrilled with the quality and workmanship of the kitchen and floors in my home. Denine Regnier Pappalardo is extremely talented, detail-oriented, and professional. She met with me many times to discuss the look, products, and finishes I was interested in using. Her questions even included the size/make of my cookware/appliances to make sure that the cabinetry was the correct size. Denine's design expertise was valuable when selecting all of the products. She was in contact with me throughout the remodeling process often sending emails with updates and stopping by to check on the progress. She kept the project moving in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend Denine for any home renovation!nThe contractor/carpenter, Adam Patro, is extremely talented, conscientious, and professional. He worked on the full kitchen remodel as well as flooring for three rooms in my home. Each day I was updated on what he would be working on and when each part would be completed. He keeps all of the work areas neat and organized. Adam listens to questions and always provides the information needed. Denine and Adam worked closely on all aspects of the remodel. Any changes that had to be made were fully discussed. I would highly recommend Adam to work on any home remodeling project!

Homeowners beware of Clarence Kitchen and DesignnnMy wife and I hired a designer representing Clarence Kitchen to design our plans and products to remodel our kitchen and family room. According to their website the quote was supposed to be priced at contractor pricing. This couldn't be further from the truth. When we met with the designer for the first time we made it clear that all we wanted was to be treated fairly. Apparently they weren't listening. Upon receiving the quote which after researching the ridiculous prices from them; we found out that they were marked way up over what they should have been. One example; and we have many more; but this should give you an idea. A price on a patio double sided pella door Clarence Kitchen so called contractor pricing was $2842.00. Same exact door, and yes with the screen, our price if we bought from Lowes is $1800. The designer knew early on in this project that we intended to get a few bids although now they don't want to give us the plans that we paid for to be able to do that. This is no way to do business. How did our designer think we where going to get more quotes to compare pricing? Start over? Really? So their answer is to not respond to us, so we are responding. If you are currently working with Clarence Kitchen I would double check their prices. If your thinking of using them I would suggest don't waste your time or money.
