Bayhorse Gazebos & Barns

They are terrible, they have horrible attitudes. They are very very very hostile. I don’t recommend going there at all. They don’t come asking if we needed assistance, their website is a bait and switch, one of their barns on the site was posted for 26,500 and when you go there it’s 37,500. They were also threatening us. They aren’t professional at all. They should be shut down

We were having our backyard renovated and our contractor was originally supposed to build us a pavilion only for us to realize that he was building it incorrectly and did not seem safe. We had a family gathering coming up in 5 weeks and needed shade in our southern exposed backyard. I found Bayhorse will browsing on the internet and found that they had the best pricing. Not only did they have the best pricing, they were able to turn the pavilion around in a quicker timeline than when I originally called to accommodate our gathering. I worked with both Gerry and Sherri and they were both helpful and extremely friendly. They were responsive with all the emails/questions I had and also the changes we had made after we've placed the order. We also paid for the delivery and assembly which I highly recommend. The delivery people were early and finished assembling our 14x18 pavilion in 3 hours! It's a beautiful product and we've received so many compliments on it already. I would highly recommend Bayhorse

Professionals every step of the way. Moved a 24x28 shed/garage over 50 miles and set it up at my place without hiccup for a fair price. Did the work well and fast. I would never move a.shed without them.

Wow, saw this company at the Dutchess County Fair last year 2018, and they had some great looking outdoor poly furniture, and they had fair specials with great prices. Talked to the guy then about it and told him I would be back. We had our entire home recently redone this year and we wanted new deck furniture, so we decided to wait for the fair. People we know had mentioned to us that they used this company once and were not satisfied with their customer service, but I'm always willing to say they may have just had a bad experience, so I'll give them a shot.nWell today we went to the fair with the only intention to buy the deck furniture. Two individuals were wearing the Bay Horse company shirt. One was sitting on a chair in a gazebo area and the other was in conversation with a male. That male appeared to be more a friend than customer based on the conservation. My wife and I walked around looking at the specials and taking pictures. Not once did either come over and ask if we needed assistance. I don't beg people to take my money but standing and waiting spoke volumes to be about how the service would be, so we moved on and went home.nThanks to the pictures I have researched what I want and there is a competitor in Connecticut. I will be driving there this weekend.nI guess business is well at Bay Horse that they don't need to meet and greet customers especially ones specifically there to make a purchase.
