The woman who helped my husband and I in the men's depth, was exceptional. I didn't get her name, but we shopped the afternoon of 3/30/21. A great help, and we found everything we needed, and more.. Best service I've received in a dept. store!
My husband and I went to Macy’s to pick up my ring that was being fixed and on the way out decided to check out the fragrance section. One of the employees Lisa was the BEST! She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us and to go into detail of the fragrances that we were looking at. If your ever looking at fragrances ask for Lisa!
Very pleasant staff! Prices were amazing! Literally compared to Amazon while in store and they beat them by 50$ on perfume!
Had my size 5 shoe. Easy to see all the sizes available. Had disposable tights handy
Its okay no longer sells coach handbags and clothes are pretty plain for what I remember of Macys proably be back to normal next year
