I showed up here at 7:40 am for a 8: 00 am appointment load. As we speak it's 11:03 and the load hasn't been touched. Other trucks come and go and they keep telling me I'm next. They have blocked the broker's number because he was helping me get out of this place. It's a shame to waste someone's time like this, knowing it's how they get to put food on their table. This place is a waste of time.

Very responsive when my freight had a snafu coming into New York from another carriernnThey kept track of the shipment, i think i called them 15 times the day it was due to arrive (sorry guys) but they answered and treated me like it was the first call every time. They gave me every update they couldnnThe driver was extremely professional and thoroughnnI will be using them for my local last mile needs as often as possible!!!!nnTHANKS INTERCEPT!!!

Excellent customer service - they even took the time to explain the process as to why they would be making the final delivery of my itemnnThe carrier that had this before them dropped the ball a few times and then told me on the day of delivery that it had been transferred to Interceptnn, - i called this company before my shipment arrived to them- and they took my number and tracking info and when it had arrived at about 9am they told me i could still be put on the truck for a 1-5 deliverynnThe driver arrived at 4PM and was polite as can be - delivery was made with no issues!!nn5 stars!! Thank you!

Great customer service. Had my delivery within the delivery window. When I called customer service to see if it would actually arrive that day or if there were any problems they were responsive and kind. They said it would arrive on time and it did.
