The team at Reliable Van & Storage was helpful and professional throughout our entire move process. I got fair quotes in a timely manner and our move-coordinator was thorough in helping me to finalize all of the details in advance of the move, and even checked in a few times the day-of to make sure things were going well. I even had some post-move experiences with them and they were responsive and helpful in solving my issue.nnThe movers were on-time, extremely professional and they did a fantastic job moving us out and in through some logistical obstacles. The only thing I would advise is that as the customer either pack your own large electronics or request crate-packing, since the alternative is for them to be wrapped like other furniture.nnI would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to move and would consider them for any personal future moves!
We would not hire any other company other than this one if we move again. This was a fantastic job from start to finish. Their coordination and communication prior to our move out day and over the course of the 4 day move is what we hoped for and the team certainly came through, plus. We especially want to thank Diane for getting us started, Steven for overseeing the process and for his team that came to us with the finesse, muscle and care to load and unload everything. We used Reliable Van and Storage for our recent move. They were very dependable. It was a pleasure using their service. They picked up on one day and held the contents of our entire house in storage until we were ready for delivery at our new house. They were very meticulous in the way they packed everything and loaded on the truck. They delivery was done the same way.nI was very pleased with everyone at reliable.nStephen and Jon Paul were great to work with.nThey were both very accommodating to adjust to our needs. The crew they sent were excellent.nI would highly recommend Reliable to all my friends and family they were excellent.
The crew who moved us from West Milford to West New York did an excellent job. They were very professional and did the job quickly and efficiently. They also dealt effectively with the representatives from the condo association and custodians. Thank you for a great job.
I recently used Reliable to move from CT to FL and would highly urge everyone to use their services! I contacted several moving companies for quotes but ultimately chose Reliable based on a friend's very positive experience. I am so glad I did! I was dreading the moving process, but everyone at Reliable made the process incredibly easy and stress-free. Everyone who I worked with was very professional, kind, and reassuring about the process so there were no surprises. Jon-Paul provided the quote and Jessica was assigned as my coordinator - both amazing. The driver, Spencer, called me in advance of the move to explain the process and confirm all of the details. He and his crew arrived on-time and were ready to go. I have read horror stories about people receiving their items damaged or broken from long-distance moves. I can honestly say that everything arrived in perfect condition - not a single scratch. The care Spencer and his team took in packing and protecting my items was incredible. These are experienced professionals who know their craft, and you can tell they take pride in their work. Delivery was quick, and I can't thank Spencer enough for the wonderful job he and his team did. Thank you, Reliable!
