This place is an absolute joke. My boyfriend payed to have my car transported. And these people well let’s say less than accommodating. We called them 2 times within 5 hours and were told to stop calling, if we wanted the car to come in safe. Every time we called no one answered. But instead they text us. We told them how unprofessional they were. They didn’t seem to care. This is after. The car was supposed to be picked up on a Saturday but instead picked up 2 days later with no one even letting us know the car was being picked up. After that. They let us know they weren’t dropping the car off to our house but instead another location and to meet them. WOW
I used this company to transport my dream car cross-country, and I am extremely pleased I did. The driver and his boss were professional, prompt, and friendly. They went above and beyond to deliver on their mission statement when (in my experience) their competitors take the path of least resistance. Deal with confidence, this is a company that operates with honour and integrity.
If you are assigned this company to transport your vehicle, please look elsewhere. They were extremely rude, which they justified to accepting the lowest bid (price for shipping your car), and does not provide you updates on your vehicle. The shipping will be significantly delayed.
