Facility is great..conveniently right in gym and place is kept perfectly clean and neat! Owner and employees have been wonderful! Very informative and helpful with all of the therapies they offer..scheduling on the app is piece of cake. the results of the therapies on my chronic back issue has been wildly beneficial and im thrilled to be a client!

I am into working out and working hard. I also started Wimhof Method. I love cryotherapy. I went there not knowing much about Cryotherapy. When I went in, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They always make me feel welcome. They put me at ease and I loved it so much, I go on a regular basis. I go 2 times a week. I am sleeping better and find my workouts are better because I'm more recovered. I highly recommend R3 Sports Recovery. They are the best!

So far I have used the Normatec Compression Therapy Leg Sleeves and the MarcPro Muscle Recovery(STIM) system and I've felt the difference after my very first sessions! It's addictive to feel so good!

I need a hip replacement and everyday I am in excruciating pain. I saw what was strange to me, cryotherapy. I googled it and saw that Cryotherapy aided in the relief of pain. I walk with a limp and I’m in pain every day. After just one cryotherapy session I felt better. I joined their membership and started going every other day. After 1 week my pain level went from a 10 to a 3. Needless to say I go 3 times a week and walk much better. I still need the hip replaced. But I do cryotherapy and the NormaTec 3 times a week and feel a world of difference. I’m not an athlete I’m a business owner. So this isn’t for just athletes. It’s for everyone.
