Freakin awesome vibes here! Call me crazy, but I love it when the staff can laugh and cut up and have fun both with eachother and with the customers. I don't know any of these folks personally, but they made my coffee perfectly and managed to give off good, chill vibes while doing so. They had a great attitude, which goes a long way! I'll stop there again, for sure.

Would give zero if I could. Employees make store hours, decide if they want to only do the drive thru, seemingly on a whim. I have never had a good experience here. Just right now for example, they have shut off web ordering, closed the counter with a handwritten sign, and are being extremely rude to the people who don't notice the sign that looks like it was written by Stevie wonder. Even better that they are saying they are short staffed, yet there are 5 of them walking around like zombies, but only 4 cars in the drive thru. At they very least don't ignore and be rude to people who just want to buy stuff from you.

Drove an extra 20 min just to get a coffee at this location ~ coffee just tastes better, perhaps the water☺ & the staff is super nice!

Wait time is 20 minutes with 2 cars in front of me??? And when I get to the window that is when I'm told they dont have any everything bagels and we get charged for someone else's order! Certainly need a good manager here if they even have one. Another time we finally get to the window and some sweet person in front of us paid for our order. So he takes our money anyway and tells us that someone paid for us. Not organized whatsoever! Get with it dunkins!!!
