Have got so many mixed feelings through the years over my first hand experiences with this charitable thrift store. Great at times, terrible at others. Have had a woman take a heavy bag of donations from me and literally sling them under a lower shelf as valuable glass and fragile items could be heard shattering... to which she had the nerve to look straight into my eyes as she states that I should have warned her. Really? I would happily have given her a heads up about her assuming though my sense is that it would have made no difference whatsoever. Then at other times my many donations of quality foods, clothing, and household goods have received respect and a true sense that the mission is thankful for them. Lots of good and bad experiences here, though I'm supporting this overall decent store now and in the future.
So disappointed. Went in for the first time today. We only made it a single step in the door before being yelled at. We apparently missed a sign on the door requiring masks, which was our mistake, but we were also yelled at that our child wasn't welcome in their store. My four year old was crying when we walked out.
Great place to shop on a budget
More than fair prices, they run awesome bag sales AND the staff, volunteers, are always so sweet. I go in often and donate often.
Great wonderful place to hang out. And get great deals on all kinds of things.
