My parents furniture was delivered today earlier than they expected. The two gentlemen that delivered & set up, Jack & Brady, were amazing. So patient & understanding with us. We needed to try it a couple of ways and they were so willing and helpful through the process. Both of them were masked when they entered which we appreciated. They took the extra step! Went in looking for a new sofa and wanted something affordable. Found something way nicer than I planned on being able to afford.nDerrick Gomez was very helpful and informative. Great deals and options for buying with lots of variety. Glad I stopped in!

Derrick Gomez is extremely helpful, friendly, and is not pushy. Derrick did not try to upsell me on anything, he wanted to make sure I was happy with the couches and TV stand that I picked out. Derrick had no problem spending as much time answering my questions as many times as I needed. Derrick is very knowledgeable in the products and services Ashley Home Store of Grand Island NE offers, and getting approval on store credit. The other staff were also friendly and helpful as well, and the store display floor was very clean and organized. When I am ready to purchase other household furnishings I will happily come back with confidence.

Derrick was wonderful in helping me find what I needed. He was great at giving me space to explore on my own but was always available for any questions I had and made sure I made an informed decision for my needs. Overall would love to work with him again in the future for any needs I may have.
