The salesperson, Dusty, was very helpful. He spent time looking up information and once our item was ordered he was accommodating in updating us about when the item would arrive. Mike and Ricky, who delivered and set up the fireplace console were so efficient and professional. They were very helpful in demonstrating the features of the fireplace and quite patient when answering our questions. They also did a good job cleaning up and removing the bixes and Styrofoam. We enjoyed Mike and Ricky, as they were friendly and they made sure we were pleased with everything.
This was one of the best customer service experiences of my life. I value service above everything and Dusty should be the benchmark for every company that shares that view. He was helpful every step of the way and continues to help me with every request I have. Deterdings would not be as good without him!!!!
Anyone considering purchasing a hot tub, spa, pool etc need to start at Deterdings! The staff are professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. They take their time to understand your wants and needs. Great service continues even after the sale! 5 Star experience!
