Very considerate of this senior citizen, who is not computer savvy
A great experience in buying a new computer! Purchased on Monday morning and by Tuesday afternoon had the computer (loaded with all my data) in hand. All questions were answered and operations were shown to me! A home visit was included to link me to the web and wireless printer. And all was done under budget.nnThank You Jack & Brandon
I called for a quote and was told one price on the phone, brought my computer in, gave the $50 deposit, was then told it would be more than double the original price i was told on the ohone for the exact same problem. No additional issues. $50 was non refundable. Lost honesty, Chose to take my computer elsewhere. I understand it was just a quote but at the same time quotes typically should not vary that much!
Purchased the 12.9 iPad Pro with accessories. Completely satisfied with the customer service -- professional and helpful all through the transaction. Highly recommend!
