Got 5 new phones 3 months ago, wanted to wait to review but absolutely amazing service!!! I was very impressed with the staff and the customer service! answered every question I had and I felt very confident in my choice in switching over! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Would give ZERO stars if that was an option. Went in to get help setting up a new phone that I ordered from Sprint since the store didn't have what I wanted. Was treated rudely by Jerilyn who stated she was the manager as well as her minion working with her. Will not go into this location again. I ended up setting the phone up myself on the website. Why are you even paying these people Sprint if the entire experience can be self service?
This isn't this store but sprint in general has the worst service.
Some people's kids I tell ya.. staff is great. Service is even better. I was in store today when this Leah gal was in there making a scene over a phone color. So heads up her post is bogus. I will continue to use Sprint cause there awesome!
