Customer service wasn't very helpful at first. A second associate did finally offer to help after being in the store for 25 minutes .He was very helpful and new his stuff. On a personal note best buy have a lot of associates just standing around. It was sad to see since we had purchased quite a few items a couple years ago and figured it would be an awesome experience and drove 30 miles to shop there. Anyways, this is the reason for the 2.5 star ud83cudf1frating.

Poor. Not good customer service. Received a gift card last week, was sent to customer service for check out. Employee at customer service could not make gift card work. Instead of being helpful, indicated it was our problem, card was probably old/reloaded, we'd have to order on-line and pay shipping or have delivery to store and drive back from another community to pick up. As we were leaving store without our purchase, another associate offered to assist us and made a work around, which we appreciated.

Had a great experience at this Best Buy. Had trouble finding an item and one of them employees was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure we could find everything we need.

It was okay I think the guy up front was pretty rude personally and we didn't buy anything in there because when we went in there for a computer they didn't have any in stock and had to order them even though we were willing to spend over $1,000 in there on a computer so I guess it's their loss. and then we asked about a stove that we wanted to buy from them and asked if they delivered which in turn they said they did but to deliver to Kearney they would charge $50 for 68847 but not charge for 68845 which I don't see the difference it's the same town. So we went with Menards and bought a stove and we went with Walmart and got a computer.
