Local, plenty of seating, little restaurant from what I’ve seen personally. You won’t know about place is there unless You look them up or shown the place like I was. GREAT FOOD!
Best restaurant in all of gibbon
We ended up in Gibbon randomly to get gas while roadtripping and this mexican restaurant made the stop super worth it!! Incredible food and nice people
Me and two buddies were driving across the country on a road trip. We ended up staying at War Axe state rec area and decided to give Mary Chuy a try for dinner. We ordered the Carne Asada, Special Quesadilla, and The Chile Colorado with some chips and guac. All were excellent and the price and portions are very fair. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone driving through or anyone in the area. 10/10
