I've paid a very high price for priority overnight shipping to return my passport with a visa I needed for an international flight for work. The shipment is almost a week late and still has not arrived, despite paying for overnight priority. I understand that the pandemic has caused delays, but, this is absurd. Also, FedEx does not provide any form of customer service or support and does not even offer a refund for this when I have called. I will never use Fedex ever again for any need. I will walk the package across the country first.

Worst experience ! I made an order that cost me over $100. It was to be delivered 5/3/2017. The delivery employee made an error and confused another mailbox with mine due to having the same last name. The other mailbox's owner had moved and the fedex employee shipped it back to the sender!nI called fedex and all they said was sorry. They did not try to help in any way. As a matter of fact, they tried to pass the blame to the postal office, saying that they were supposed to try and deliver it to me again. I called the postal office and they had already shipped it back.nnNow I have to wait two weeks to get a refund from my order and reorder again! and sadly it will have to go through fedex again.nFedEx has poor costumer service and does not care about their customers.
I went to the FedEx distribution center on Owatonna and they told me to bring my package to walgreens and they will pick it up there, I can't believe they said that, not to mention it is a huge pain to find the place.
