We stopped in to look at dishwashers. The salesman told me to check online for their complete selection and also they could source anything and would price match! Amazing right? We wanted to go local so we looked and called back with selections, some from their website and others not- we decided to go with 4 new appliances since prices and rebates were so good. They couldn't get a single item we wanted within a month or not at all! They told us to go elsewhere. Talk about poor service. We will not be recommending Karl's to anyone.
