I am offering a 5-star review in advance of the moving date based on the incredible professionalism of the dispatcher. He just spent an hour on the phone with me analyzing my furniture and planning out the move at no charge. $575 for a local move with a team of four men is a great value. No elevator and lots of stairs into a vintage building. Big furniture. I am super happy and will update after the move.

We have a professional grade treadmill that we needed moved from our garage down a flight of stairs into the lower level of our home. The move included some tight corners. The bases of this treadmill is very heavy. These guys arrived on time, followed covid precautions and took the time to thoroughly plan the move. I was grateful and amazed by their strength. I highly recommend them.

They moved 6 heavy items 300+ lbs out of our basement carefully and professionally. They moved the items out to our garage. The packed two china cabinets full of china sets and fragile serving items. The teams work well together. They are friendly and efficient. Tyrell the owner was promptly responsive to my questions and calls. He told me what to expect and reviewed all costs carefully. We are grateful to these heroes who moved items we could never do.

These guys were a-maze-ing! It was my first time ever using movers so I wasn't sure what to expect. They helped me take care of everything, we SO FRIENDLY, and even gave me a ride to storage. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again!

I reached out to several moving companies to get a quote and True Care was the only company to follow up with me. Not only did they contact me same day, Tyrell, the owner of the company called me himself. After conducting an over the phone estimate, Tyrell scheduled a time to come to my home to further access the difficulties getting up to my third floor apartment, which was located on the corner of a very busy intersection. Once we did the walk through, Tyrell gave me a final estimate. True Care's rates were competitive with previous moving companies I had used in the past, so I felt comfortable hiring them.nnMoving is always stressful, but the movers made it easy. Tyrell even showed up on moving day to ensure all was going well. In all of my moves, that was a first! The movers were very professional & efficient, ensuring all my belongings were handled with care. I have several antique pieces and all were delivered to my storage unit in perfect condition. They were very polite, friendly & fun. Seriously, who knew moving could actually be fun!?! You can tell that they like working together and have respect for each other by the way they banter back and forth.nnI highly recommend True Care Moving Company! Great owner, great staff, excellent service! Overall, it was my favorite move, and I have moved a lot!
