I used PODS to ship my things for an out-of-state move. Dillard Movers did an excellent job loading my POD and professionally wrapping and protecting my items! I ran into a problem when all of my items could not fit into the POD. Sam was very helpful and concerned with helping me find a solution. She recommended different options and helped to keep me calm. I ordered another POD. James (the owner) came out to finish disassembling my bed and he noticed that I had items left that needed to be loaded on the POD. He also noticed that some of the things that I wrapped could have been improved so he stepped in and wrapped them professionally! It was his only day off and he took the time to help me in a last minute crunch. Sam and James are the best! They truly care about their customers and their belongings. They cared for me like family and I will never forget that. During a very stressful time, they helped me so much. They are calm, personable, genuine, and very caring. I recommend anyone who is looking for help with a move to hire Dillard Movers! Moving is stressful and they will help to ease the stress!

Highly Recommend! They worked impressively hard on the day of our move. I was amazed just how fast they got things done. They were friendly and professional. They took great care of our belongings. Would definitely use them again if ever needed.

We highly recommend Dillard Movers! We got quotes from several other movers for a local move, and Dillard came in right in the middle of quotes, but they impressed me with their diligence and care in collecting the quote and planning for our move.nnDespite HEAVY weather the day of the move the crew worked incredibly hard and got our belongings into the house seamlessly.nnWe were so impressed with how they handled everything and their communication was top notch.nnWhile we don't expect to move again we would use them again in a heartbeat!

Craig & Antonio were amazing. They were on-time, very professional, and both wore masks given the pandemic. They were able to get our king size mattress up a very short and narrow staircase and our larger U-shaped couch down a narrow staircase. Very impressed with this company and especially these two guys! Thanks to Sam too for the exceptional customer service.
