Very pleased with Grahn’s Upholstery customer service, response time, fair pricing and quality work. I had my Room & Board feather-stuffed couch cushion redone WITHOUT the pesky feathers that were constantly falling out and I couldn’t be happier with the new foam cushion and how well it fits in the existing fabric-my couch looks brand new and will get another 10 years of life. Thanks, I recommend them for your upholstery needs and have already told friends of mine who asked who I used.

Gave 13 pieces of furnishings to reupholster. Some were in really bad shape and needed rebuilding. Granh's did an excellent job understanding what details needed to be kept, which ones needed to change to make the furniture feel current. They were willing to spend the time to know what the client wants. The upholstery and foundation work are high quality. Thank you Granh's

Excellent Service, Quality and workmanship. Worked well with us, very understanding of our taking the time to finalize what we wanted done. As for the estimate vs reality, no one know what the conditions of the wood, foam, metal, screws etc.... are until the work gets started. We as buyers have to be realistic in our expectations and work with the workers and make decisions based on facts. An estimate is just that an estimate...............

Went in with 2 leather couch cushions that needed the stiching redone. Was told by the very friendly owner that it would help if I could unstich sections of the cushions by hand to save some time and money on my end. I happily agreed. They were very upfront for being very busy and that my little project was low on the priority list and completely understood a longer leadtime. Was originally quoted 1 hour = $60 worth of work to merely re-sew the stiches. Turn out to find they doubled that amount of time to do this. $120 Be prepared not to have accurate estimates and long leadtime.
