Went to get the $998 3room package ended up spending 2500. I was fine with price because I upgraded each room with something different then the standard package. My wife was with me and she picked out most of the things. When we got to point of ringing up the order to pay the man we were working with for over a hour got mad because we was asking questions about price and double checking to make sure he remembered what we had picked out so he had someone else finish ringing us up and cashing us out. When that happened I started to leave wife wanted to stay. Long story short we got two of the 3room sets we asked for and no lamps for living room set we picked out. When I called store about missing other set and lamps I was told sorry u didn't order that and store policy is no refunds are exchange after you sign delivery confirmation are pick up confirmation paper but I can get you a really good deal on the stuff you say you were missing.

Von was a very helpful salesman. He was very detailed about every furniture we purchased and made sure we were comfortable with it. Throughout the whole process, he made sure to check inventory before we get our hopes up. This is my only furniture store that I’ve been coming to for the past years and will continue coming to shop here in the future for more furnitures. They also have great selections from sofas, tables, beds etc and also at a good price. Definitely recommend this place!!

Von was amazing I went in today looking for a mattress and he was extremely helpful not only did I find a wonderful new mattress that will be delivered the next day. I also saved some money on a better set than I had originally chosen. He was also very friendly and the entire experience was pretty fast so if you need some help I’d definitely recommend here and ask for von !

I really enjoy Jeremey's help and services of providing us the correct information that we need. He has been patient with us and help us through our furniture set. Jeremy knew we were waiting patiently and offer some water also acknowledge us and nobody else said anything to us. I really appreciate Jeremy making us feel comfortable. Jeremy is really good he knows how I comfortable I like to sleep.

Staff is always very outgoing, friendly and very informative. Enjoy coming to this location. My first purchase was a sectional couch. Now I'm getting a queen Ladysmith plush bed, so excited! Amazing staff! They will provide you with the best service ever!
