Worst service ever!!!! I called and left several messages and left several emails but never heard back from anyone. I called another company to do the repair and they were out the very next day and the repair was complete. Nice to have amazing service after dealing with Commercial Kitchen Services for over a month and getting no response from them. Horrible service!!!
They had came out to our site and were scared to touch the new fridge, which was a standard commercial stainless steel fridge. They came out and asked for schematics, we sent them over and were told that this could be an electronic issue and it was something they do not feel comfortable working on, nor could they refer us to anyone else to fix it. So it became a waste of time and we are looking for another company to repair it.
