The employees are incredibly helpful, patient, and courteous in what can be an incredibly stressful job and they should get more credit. I usually keep to myself and don't interact with employees because I have anxiety. I don't want them to think I'm rude, it's just I may be having a bad day or whatever. Just want them to know they are appreciated very much!

I do think the target at lake street it’s looking really nice inside, but I went few times there and twice in different occasions two man followed inside the target and it was clear the both of them were trying to rob me, both of occasions they were following me inside the store, in a part that didn’t have people around but I notice on time, and I went to the side of the store that had more people, I don’t want to feel I cant shop inside the store feeling someone are trying to rob me without peace, So Target at Lake street should put more security inside. That kind situation never happened to me at Target in a different location.

Thanks for wasting my entire lunch break. I came to your store to get several sporting goods items that your website said were in stock, only to find they were not and the entire section was bereft of almost any SG items. Get it together. I did get to talk to two lovely employees, so at least they were great.

I loved the experience , Never saw my self as an target shopper before into I saw the wide variety and there free deals. Honestly the store was pretty good some safety hazards involving tipped shelves, and some brokern glass on the floor but other wise pretty good. And some guy even gave me a free Icee not gonna lie. Overall experience was pretty good and even got a free xbox.

I very rarely visit this Target and it's specifically because they lack good customer service. I like a store that's going to have the employees greet you at the door, make you feel welcome, & this location doesn't do that. Every time I shop here I notice the employees are scattered all over the floors basically stocking stuff all the time but barely even asking customers if we need assistance finding anything. And when you do pass by an employee they don't care to say hello or even look your way. I've made complaints to Targets team about this several times and they always come to the employees defense saying things like it's been tough on all of us basically referring to the events going on in the world. But I've seen many employees at businesses greet customers, showing respect even when respect isn't given, & with everything that's going on! That's just my honest opinion and I don't sugar coat anything. The other thing about this location is that it's difficult finding stuff here and you have to walk all the way around just to find stuff with employees not being very helpful to walk with you to find the items you're looking for.
