Reviews
No one shows up for appointments (truck rental) and expects you to track them down by finding them “on property”. Employees argue with you and do not take accountability for their ever present inadequacies. Gate wasn’t secure and to track them down means so access code usage - this circles back to insufficient security. Called to cancel storage rental and they said I may still be responsible for rent - I literally didn’t even move stuff in.
Nice people. A bit tight for trucks and trailers to maneuver.
Be aware that this location does not have a security fence nor cameras on most of the storage sheds. They have had dozens of break ins to storage sheds and the owner refuses to install any security measures. Stay away!!
