While the showroom and staff were nice/friendly, this place has by far the strangest sales process I've experienced in retail. I went in looking for a new office chair. The rep showed me different options that would work for me. I found one I loved, and I asked her if she'd be able to price match online retailers like Amazon, Walmart, and Overstock, which were all selling the same chair for $60 less. She told me she'd need to take down my name, e-mail, phone number, and street address first. Next, she said she wouldn't be able to let me know until the following day regarding the price match. This was confusing to me, as retail stores have a much better chance of selling someone a product when they are actually in the store. I get an e-mail the next day stating they can't price match, but they were willing to come down on the price by $20-$30. When I responded to the e-mail for more information, I never heard back. So, in the end, they didn't try to sell me the product when I was actually there, and then they fell short on following up with me. Not super impressed with the process here. The show room is nice, however, and the staff I spoke to were friendly. The sales process needs a lot of work though, I think.

Carilee and Valerie paid attention to every detail of the desk chair we were looking for. My wife and I have very different needs in regard to a chair and they were able to provide us with one that is comfortable and ergonomic for both of us. They also found one of their top of the line, Leap Chairs that had been leased but looked like new, and were able to provide it to us at a substantial discount.

I purchased height adjustable desks from Schmidt Goodman Office Products for our graphic design department. They came on site and assisted with the configuration of the space, and were so friendly and helpful.The desks are amazing, and our staff loves having the ability to switch between sitting and standing at their work surfaces. One of our best investments!

Best kept secret in Rochester! Their showroom is fantastic. Great office furniture. Offer design services and focuses on the ergonomics of the office space.
